The Concerned Youth of Assin South District in the Central Region is appealing to President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo to appoint Mr Elvis Bosomtwe as the District Chief Executive Officer (DCE) of the area.
Elvis Bosomtwe is the right person to occupy the office, over years now he has showed a substance of competency as an officer of the constituency and during 2020 election. The youths are ready to engineer the course for him to be appointed as the representative of the President at the grassroot level and possess the qualities it takes.
From my search, I can boldly say that most residents and natives in the Assin South District want President Akufo-Addo to appoint Mr Elvis Bosomtwe who has served the party in many capacities such as polling station Officer, and still serving the party as constituency 2nd Vice Chairman, Acting Constituency Secretary and is the most influential candidate to better champion the vision of the President Nana Addo in the District.
The District throughout its history has not witnessed any major transformation in the local government administration and believes that Mr Bosomtwe Elvis when appointed DCE and with his energetic, hardworking and able MP by his side will manage the DCE portfolio entrusted in him and will be able to initiate government polices which will lead to the construction of schools, health centres, factories (one district one factory), issues of sanitation among other projects for the District.
The astute Patriot Mr Bosomtwe Elvis has been identified as one of the members of the party with broad experience of the Local Government act, and in-depth knowledge about the area, could effectively contribute to the development of Assin South if appointed as the next DCE.
I am very much aware that, Mr Elvis Bosomtwe is competent, trustworthy and a unifier whom when entrusted with the DCE Portfolio will help bring unity, peace and development to the good people of Assin South.
I however, add that, the Assin South District Assembly needs a visionary Chief Executive who will effectively manage the resources of the area which will eventually bring development to the district and beyond.
“I am pushing for the right person to be placed in that position because we don’t want anybody to jeopardize the plans of president Nana Addo as well as accomplish the party’s manifesto because if we fail to be citizens and resort to be spectators failure will make some of us a laughing stock”. *_Raymond Ntiedu writes_*
