I launched the 10th Anniversary of AIMS Ghana this morning as we commemorated International Day of Mathematics. Mathematics is not only a foundational subject that underpins inventions and solutions to global challenges but is the universal language that unites people in many ways on daily basis. Mathematics is not abstract, it is real and exciting! Government is committed to investing in STEM education and the promotion of the learning of Mathematics at all levels.
This morning, I opened an Experience Sharing meeting of the @UnescoGhana and @GPforEducation learning platform imaginelearning.africa. The joint project in Ghana, Sierra Leone, The Gambia, Nigeria & Liberia is being coordinated by @UNESCOIICBA @unesco_abuja @CENDLOS_gh
