Groom leaves wife on wedding night because she was too busy texting her friends to have sex
While the idea of your first night as a newly married couple in the Honeymoon Suite is probably one of passion and fire, in reality, things probably don't quite go that way.
After weeks/months/years of organising, the wedding day itself is one long period of a potential pressure cooker situation, filled with food and dancing and alcohol, and perhaps at the end of the day, the last thing on your mind is a rigorous bedroom workout.
However, this was not the case from a new husband, who was clearly looking forward to getting closer to his new wife.
The Bride and Groom retired to their hotel room in Jeddah, Sauda Arabia, but when the groom approached the bride, she pushed him away, busy replying to her friends and family via texts who were still sending in congratulatory texts.
According to a relative of the family, who told Saudi daily Al Watan (via Daily Pakistan): “The groom tried to get closer with her and more intimate, but he was shocked when she ignored him, not responding to his words and actions.”
“When he asked her if her friends were more important than he was, the bride answered that they were.”
